Daniel O’Donnell, PT, Cert. MDT
Director, Physical Therapy
Graduated from Florida International University in 1982, with his B.S. in Physical Therapy. He has over 28 years of clinical orthopedic experience including injuries and rehabilitation of sports related injuries.
In 2007 Daniel was awarded certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute (www.mckenziemdt.org). He is one of only 37 therapists statewide to have this prestigious certification. The McKenzie Method offers the only proven valid assessment and treatment method for back, neck, and extremity pain and is an internationally recognized treatment method.
Craig Stevens, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Received his degree from Lake City Community College in 1999. He has nine years orthpedic experience which enables him to effectively work with post surgery and post injury conditions. In addition, Craig is also a Certified Senior Master Weight Trainer.
Debra Good
Office Manager
Proficient in verifying and explaining insurance benefits. Assists patients with questions or concerns regarding their benefits and eligibility. Effective scheduling of the initial physical therapy evaluation and all subsequent visits.

Michael’s background in coaching and training young athletes, as well as extensive knowledge of sports and their related injuries, adds to Therapy and Sports Center’s staff’s ability to restore specific function and treat a variety of conditions.
